What types of small businesses can you assist?
I can help any business in any industry. No matter what the type of business, the principals and techniques are the same; what's different is tailoring them to the unique needs and character of your small business.
The only business types that I am currently unable to assist are small law firms. Due to a prior professional commitment, I will be unable to assist law firms until Spring of 2024. (But I can't wait to do so...stay tuned my legal friends!)

How much does your coaching package cost?
The total cost of my coaching package is $199, excluding tax. I understand the financial pressures that small businesses face, and I strive to do all that I can to stretch your coaching investment dollars. So please check out my special offers for a discount coupon you can apply when booking your coaching package to lower your coaching package cost.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No. I like offering flexibility and don't want to lock you into a long-term relationship - unless you choose to do so. If you only want to drop in on occasion - that's fine. If you want to develop a regular cadence - that works too. Whichever you choose, I'm here to help.
With this in mind, you only need to book one package at a time. Then when you're ready, you are most welcome to book again.

How do I book a coaching session and its inclusions?
Please click on this button and then complete the Booking Form. After purchase, you will receive an email with your Booking Confirmation Receipt that includes instructions on how to schedule your 45-minute coaching session.
How do I schedule my coaching session?
Please use the button below to log in to the Service Center. If you have not yet registered, please click on the blue "Register" tab and provide the information requested when booking:
During Client Support Hours, assuming your name and email matches what's on your Booking Confirmation Receipt, I will typically approve within 1-2 hours, if not sooner (depending on whether I'm in a coaching session with a client). Outside of Client Support Hours, I will approve in the morning of the next day in the order received. You will receive an email from me when you have been granted access to the Service Center.
- You full name (not optional despite what it says)
- Email address used to book
- Your preferred password - must be 8 characters and contain a letter and number. You can use symbols too.
- Check box to agree to marketing (This is required due to a system limitation). You can always opt-out later.

Can others attend the coaching session with me?
Yes! You are welcome to invite others to enjoy your coaching session. Just let me know who will be attending on your Intake Questionnaire. Please note that you are responsible for sharing the coaching session access details with each attendee. Moreover, if attendees are late to the coaching session, the session will not be extended beyond 45 minutes. For more details, please review my Coaching Sessions policy:
What if I can’t find a workable coaching session time?
Coaching sessions, subject to Business Closures, are offered at a variety of times on Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm ET and, on occasion, at select times on weekends. I do not host coaching sessions other than what displays on the scheduler. The scheduler shows current availability during the next 30 days.
If you need help with the scheduler, please log in to the Service Center; if you have not registered, you will need to do so before proceeding. Once logged in, please click on the bronze and white icon with 3 black dots in the bottom right corner to chat with me anytime from 11 am to 7 pm daily. If the chat icon is gray, it means I'm unavailable; please click on the icon anyway to leave a message for me, and I will get back to you later today or tomorrow.

What if I need to reschedule my coaching session?
You are welcome to reschedule one-time only. To learn more about rescheduling, please review my Refund Policy, and then, if you are eligible, complete the One-Time Reschedule Request which can be accessed by clicking on this button:
What if I need to cancel my coaching session?
You are welcome to cancel your coaching session - and all package inclusions - with at least 48 hours advance notice of the start of your scheduled coaching session for 100% of what you paid. Otherwise, you will not be eligible for a refund. To learn more, please review my Refund Policy. If you wish to cancel and are eligible, please click on this button and then complete your Cancellation Request.
What if I’m late or don’t show up?

How do I attend my coaching session?
Please log in to the Service Center using the email listed on your Booking Confirmation Receipt email. Then select "★ Step 3: Join Coaching Session" and follow the instructions there. You must have already registered at the Service Center in order to access.
Alternatively, you may click on the Zoom link in the Coaching Session invite that was emailed to you and enter the required security information.
How do I access coaching package inclusions?
Please log in to the Service Center using the email listed on your Booking Confirmation email. (You must have already registered at the Service Center in order to access; click on the blue "Register" tab if you need to register first.) Then select the inclusion of choice and follow the instructions there. You will only be given access to each inclusion at the appropriate time.

What is an Intake Questionnaire?
An Intake Questionnaire is a form you complete and submit to me at least two hours prior to the start of your coaching session. In this way, you can provide me with background about you, your business, and the issue you would like to discuss so that we can use our time together most efficiently and effectively. You will receive the Intake Questionnaire on the day before your coaching session.
What is an Action & Accountability Plan?
Based on the issue we discuss during your coaching session, I will craft a custom Action & Accountability Plan that frames the scope of the issue, details SMART goals with measurable key performance indicators, assigns responsibilities with target due dates and, if needed, offers relevant supplemental resources for support. You will receive your Action & Accountability Plan within 2 days of completing your coaching session.
What is a Post-Session Check-In?
One key to success in addressing an issue is implementation of your Action & Accountability Plan. To that end, I'll check in with you via email about a week after your plan is issued to see how implementation is going and to answer any additional questions you may have. I don't just give you a roadmap and wish you luck; rather, I want you to feel supported yet accountable when you need an extra gentle nudge to get moving and done.
What are Quick Help Hours?
Quick Help Hours are designed to be no longer than to 10 minute discussions per client to assist with implementing their custom Action & Accountability Plan. Help is provided by messaging and, from time-to-time, video call if I think it would be more beneficial.
Taking steps to implement your plan and holding yourself accountable are the toughest aspects of making positive change on a challenge you're facing. You're not alone on this journey, and these Quick Help Hours offer additional support along the way.
