Here's my Refund Policy...
What follows are the terms of the Refund Policy of Savvy Biz Professor™. Please carefully review these terms prior to purchase of a coaching package, so that we are on the same page.
FAILURE TO SCHEDULE A COACHING SESSION
You must schedule your coaching session within 30 days of the Booking Purchase Date on your Booking Confirmation Receipt; failure to schedule within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your coaching package, and a refund - less an Administrative Fee of 25% of what you paid - will be issued automatically.
CANCELLING A SCHEDULED COACHING SESSION
You are welcome to cancel with at least 48 hours advance notice of the start of your scheduled coaching session for a refund of 100% of what you paid for the coaching package. Without 48 hours advance notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. To provide proper advance notice, please complete and submit a Reschedule or Cancellation Request, selecting the cancellation option to let me know. This form must correctly furnish all of the information requested to be processed. Failure to provide complete and correct information may delay the issuance of your refund until received and/or corrected.
RESCHEDULING A COACHING SESSION
If you would like to reschedule your coaching session, you may do so ONE time only. After one time, you will not be eligible to reschedule your coaching session again. To reschedule your coaching session, you must submit a Reschedule or Cancellation Request, selecting the reschedule option to let me know. This request must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your scheduled coaching session. if not submitted within this time frame, you will not be eligible to reschedule and are subject to the terms detailed under "Cancelling a Scheduled Coaching Session" above.
If approved, you will receive an email with a link to the scheduler to select an alternative, available future date. Your coaching session must be rescheduled to take place within 30 days of the original coaching session date. Failure to reschedule for the session to occur within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your coaching package, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Once rescheduled, you will be subject to the terms detailed under "Cancelling a Scheduled Coaching Session" above.

Your coaching session must be rescheduled to take place within 30 days of the original coaching session date. LATE ARRIVAL & NO SHOW
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your coaching session will automatically be cancelled without eligibility for refund; in this case, you will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. In addition, you will forfeit the remaining package inclusions. Note that, if you arrive late but before 10 minutes past the start time or if we must wait for others whom you invited to join, your coaching session time will not be extended. Coaching sessions only last 45 minutes from the scheduled start time.
MY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE
Business closures are listed on Contact Me, and these dates are subject to change. If I need to cancel your coaching session, I will reach out to you to reschedule with as much advance notice as I can. In this case, I will notify you via email, and you will have the option to reschedule for another date within 30 days or to cancel for a full refund of what you paid. Just click on the link in the notification email to let me know which action you prefer.
If you decide to reschedule, your coaching session must take place within 30 days of the date you received the "Sorry I Have To Cancel" email notification from me. Failure to reschedule for the session to occur within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your coaching package, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Once rescheduled, you will be subject to the terms detailed under "Cancelling a Scheduled Coaching Session" and you will continue to have the ability to reschedule one more time as detailed in "Rescheduling a Coaching Session"; both are presented above.
If you decide to reschedule, your coaching session must take place within 30 days of the date you received the "Sorry I Have To Cancel" email notification from me. Failure to reschedule for the session to occur within this time frame will result in forfeiture of your coaching package, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Once rescheduled, you will be subject to the terms detailed under "Cancelling a Scheduled Coaching Session" and you will continue to have the ability to reschedule one more time as detailed in "Rescheduling a Coaching Session"; both are presented above.

Service Center Registration
Prior to scheduling your coaching session, you will have to register at the Service Center using the same email appearing on your Booking Confirmation. Once you register, I will confirm that you have booked, and then I will grant you access to the Service Center where all package inclusions - including the scheduler - are housed. During Client Support Hours, assuming your info matches, I will typically approve within 1-2 hours, if not sooner (depending on whether I'm in a coaching session with a client). Outside of Client Support Hours, I will approve in the morning of the next day in the order received. You will receive an email from me when you have been granted access to the Service Center.
Reschedule or Cancellation Request
If the information you furnish on your Reschedule or Cancellation Request does not match what I have on file, you will receive an email notification from me. I will not be able to process either request until the correct information is received.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS CLARIFICATION
Note that, except for the Intake Questionnaire, you will not be eligible for the remaining package inclusions until the coaching session has completed. If you are a no-show to the coaching session, you forfeit the remaining package inclusions without eligibility for refund. Only you - the purchaser (not the additional attendees you invited) are eligible for remaining package inclusions.
POLICY VIOLATIONS
If I determine, in my sole discretion, that you have violated the terms of my policies, I reserve the right to terminate the coaching session and/or its remaining package inclusions immediately and without advance notice. In this case, you will not be eligible for a refund, package inclusions, or future booking.
WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR REFUND
If eligible for a refund, you will receive an email confirming its issuance. All refunds are returned using the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days (depending on your bank or card) for the refund to post to your credit card or bank account.
