Quick Help Hours
Here is my policy on Quick Help Hours. Should you have questions, you are most welcome to Contact Me.
- Note that you will not be eligible for Quick Help Hours until the coaching session has completed. Once your Action & Accountability Plan is issued, you will receive another email with instructions on how to access Quick Help Hours.
- If you are a no-show to the coaching session, you forfeit the remaining package inclusions - including Quick Help Hours - without eligibility for refund.
- You will have access to Quick Help Hours for 7 days after the issuance date of your Action & Accountability Plan.
- Only you - the purchaser (not the additional attendees you invited) - are eligible for support via Quick Help Hours. Others can participate with you, but not separately.
- Only support with implementing your Action & Availability Plan is provided during Quick Help Hours. No other topics or additional issues will be discussed.
- During Quick Help Hours, you are welcome to chat with me as often as you like on a first-come, first-serve basis. I appreciate your patience as you wait for your turn. I promise that I will be with you as quickly as possible. If you leave and then come back, you will be placed at the end of the line.
- Quick Help Hours are designed to be no longer than to 10 minute discussions per client. I reserve the right to limit the amount of time per video call per client at any time and for any reason. My goal is to assist as many clients as possible during each Quick Help Hour session.
- If you already received help on a given day and it's close to closing hours, I may ask you to return the next day or to email me for an off-hours response, depending on the number of other clients in line in front of you or my own post-hours obligations.
- Quick Help Hours are conducted via chat primarily and video call from-time-to-time if I feel it would make the discussion more helpful. By clicking on the bronze and white circular icon with black dots at the bottom right corner of the webpage, you can join a Quick Help Hours session.
- If you have not already received help during a given session and are in line at least 10 minutes prior to closing (and continue waiting), I will do my best to help you in turn - even if it means that I stay late. Nonetheless, at my discretion, I may follow #8 if I am unable to stay late - thanks for understanding.

Friday → 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm ET
Saturday → 5 pm to 6 pm ET
Sunday → 5 pm to 6 pm ET
