Coaching Sessions
Thank you so much for your interest in booking a coaching session with me. Here are the rules of the road regarding how coaching sessions will be conducted:
- Sessions are not booked for same-day service; they require a 72 hour lead time. After booking your session, you will receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your coaching session.
- Prior to scheduling your coaching session, you will have to register at the Service Center using the same email appearing on your Booking Confirmation. Once you register, I will confirm that you have booked, and then I will grant you access to the Service Center where all package inclusions - including the scheduler - are housed. During Client Support Hours, assuming your info matches, I will typically approve within 1-2 hours, if not sooner (depending on whether I'm in a coaching session with a client). Outside of Client Support Hours, I will approve in the morning of the next day in the order received. You will receive an email from me when you have been granted access to the Service Center.
- I understand that life happens and that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. Therefore, if you kindly give me at least 48 hours advance notice of your desire to rechedule or cancel, I would be grateful. Please review my Refund Policy prior to rescheduling or cancelling.
- Given the limited availability of sessions, I want all of my clients to have the opportunity to find a session time that works as best as possible for them. When you reschedule an appointment, the pool of available sessions shrinks. Out of fairness to others, I must limit rescheduling to one time. After rescheduling once, your only option will be to cancel your coaching session if you are unable to attend.
- After you've scheduled your coaching session, you will receive a link to an Intake Questionnaire on the day prior to its start. Once you receive this link, please complete and submit the Intake Questionnaire at least two hours before the start of your session. In this way, I can adequately prepare for our time together. If you don't submit the Intake Questionnaire in a timely manner or at all, please understand that we will have to dedicate a significant portion of your coaching session to gathering the information that was requested, wasting time that would have been valuable in moving you and your small business forward.
- On the day before your coaching session, you will receive a Zoom link and instructions on how to attend your coaching session. You will be able to join the meeting by logging in to the Service Center and selecting "Join Coaching Session".
- During the coaching session, you may attend alone or invite as many members of your treasured team as you like. Please let me know on the Intake Questionnaire who will be attending.
- I expect everyone to come prepared to participate and work during your coaching session. Participation and input of you - and other members of your team you invite - are invaluable to our work together. So please come prepared for honest dialogue and to roll up your sleeves.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your coaching session will automatically be cancelled without refund. Moreover, if you are late or if we have to wait for additional folks to join, your coaching session time will not be extended. Coaching sessions start at the scheduled time and last for 45 minutes only. Sorry - no exceptions for your benefit and mine.
- Only ONE ISSUE in an area in which we can collaborate will be discussed per coaching session. It is important that we focus on one issue at a time in order to take a deeper dive, to develop a personalized strategy for moving forward, to discuss resources and tools as needed, and to determine critical next steps. To that end, if you see me bringing you back to the core issue, please understand that it is very important to stay on-topic.
- If you would like to discuss more issues, I am very happy to do so...please book another coaching session, so that we can give additional issues the time and attention they deserve too.
- After completion of your coaching session, you will receive an Action and Accountability Plan and, if I determine needed, relevant tools, resources, or templates within 2 days.
- About a week after providing your customized Action and Accountability Plan, I will conduct a Post-Session Check-In via email to see how things are going and to answer any additional questions you may have.
- For 7 days after the issuance date of your Action and Accountability Plan, you are welcome - on a first-come, first serve basis - to chat with me as often as you like during Quick Help Hours. Quick Help Hours are available for help with implementation of your Action and Accountability Plan only. See my Quick Help Hours policy for more details.
- Note that I too have a family, furry kids, and little ones for whom I care. I will do my best to limit interruptions, but please be aware that it is a possibility that these beautiful souls may pop in unexpectedly. I have understanding that the same may occur with you. Thanks in advance for your patience.
- All attendees are required to follow my Community Rules.
DAYS & TIMES OF COACHING SESSIONS
Coaching sessions, subject to Business Closures, are offered at a variety of times on Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm ET and, on occasion, at select times on weekends. I do not host coaching sessions other than what displays on the scheduler. The scheduler shows current availability during the next 30 days.
