This Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy explains the conditions under which you can request refunds, cancel services, and reschedule coaching sessions. By purchasing any course, bundle, or coaching service from Savvy Biz Coach™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy.
★ REFUND POLICY
ONLINE COURSES
Overview
- Once you purchase an online course or bundle and access it, the purchase is non-refundable – sorry, no exceptions.
- If you purchase an online course or bundle and DO NOT access it, you must submit an Online Course or Bundle Refund Request no later than 30 days after the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Please note that the time of day you submit the request does not matter as long as we receive it in this time period.
- Approval of your refund is also conditioned on your compliance with all other Savvy™ Policies too. You can review these policies here.
How To Request
- Here is the link to the Online Course or Bundle Refund Request.
- The information provided on your refund request must match what we have on file for your SBC ID (which can be found on your payment confirmation); otherwise, we will be unable to approve your refund request.
- Once you submit your Online Course or Bundle Refund Request, you will get an email confirming that we have received it.
- Typically, we will send a decision email (i.e., a second email) within 2 business days of receiving your Online Course or Bundle Refund Request. This communication will be sent to the email address you provided in this request.
- If your Online Course or Bundle Refund Request is approved, you will receive a refund in the total amount of what you paid in approximately 5 to 7 business days from the date in which Savvy Biz Coach™ issues the refund. If not, please check back with us by submitting an email to [email protected] with the subject: “Refund Help”.
Technical Help
If you need technical help accessing a course or bundle, please complete a Help Request. Typically, you will receive assistance on the same business day if your request is submitted prior to 10 pm ET (except during business closures); otherwise, we will get back to you on the next business day.
★ BUSINESS COACHING SERVICES

Rescheduling a Coaching Session
- To keep it simple, purchased coaching sessions cannot be rescheduled. Instead, submit a Coaching Cancellation & Refund Request for the course you wish to cancel according to the policy terms and instructions above.
- Then go to the Savvy™ Catalog to purchase another available coaching session for a date and time that works better for you.
Late, No-Show, or Coach Reschedule
- If you purchase a coaching session and neither cancel on-time nor join the online live session, your purchase is non-refundable – sorry, no exceptions.
- Your coach will attend the session on-time; if you do not join the online live session within 20 minutes of the scheduled start, your session will be cancelled, and no-refund will be issued – sorry, no exceptions.
- If you join late, please know that the session will not be extended to make up the time missed; the coaching session will end at its originally scheduled time.
- In the rare case that your coach must reschedule, you will be notified via email in advance of the session’s start; then your coach will reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time for both of you.
Technical Difficulties
- In the rare instance you need technical help accessing the session, please submit a Help Request. Then your coach will assist you.
- It will be in the coach’s sole discretion and judgment to determine whether to reschedule or extend the session due to technical difficulties. If the coach deems warranted, your session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time for both of you. There will be no consideration if you do not submit your Help Request to your coach within 20 minutes of the start of the session.
★ CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Savvy Biz Coach™ reserves the right to modify or update this Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated posted on our website, and the updated policy will apply to all new purchases made after the effective date of the changes.
