At Savvy Biz Coach™, we are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and collaborative environment for our clients, users, and community members. Whether you are participating in our online courses, business coaching services, webinars, or any related community discussions (including social media), you are expected to adhere to the following Community Rules ("Policy").

 

By participating in the Savvy Biz Coach™ community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Community Rules.

 

 

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION

 

 

We are dedicated to maintaining a community based on mutual respect. All participants must:

 

  • Treat others with respect, professionalism, and kindness.

 

  • Refrain from any form of harassment, abuse, or discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or political affiliation. In fact, just be decent and courteous no matter what.

 

  • Avoid using offensive, aggressive, or inflammatory language in any communication, whether verbal or written – including, but not limited to course forums, chat groups, coaching sessions, course materials and activities, Help Request submissions, emails, or social media.

 

 

CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK

 

 

We encourage constructive feedback and discussions within our community, courses or bundles, coaching sessions, and communications. When offering feedback or participating in discussions or communications:

 

  • Keep comments constructive and focused on the content, not personal attacks on individuals.

 

  • Offer suggestions, ideas, or critiques that are intended to foster growth, learning, and improvement.

 

 

NO SOLICITATION OR SELF-PROMOTION

 

 

Our community is designed for learning and growth, not for promoting personal products or services. Participants are not permitted to:

 

  • Post or share advertisements, solicitations, or promotions of their own products, services, or business ventures, unless explicitly invited in writing by Savvy Biz Coach™.

 

  • Use community platforms (forums, chats, social media groups, etc.) to recruit clients, promote events, sell goods or services, or disparage competitors or others, including Savvy Biz Coach™.

  

If you believe another participant could benefit from your services, we encourage you to share those resources privately and only with their written consent.

 

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

 

 

As part of the Savvy Biz Coach™ community, you may come across sensitive business or personal information shared by other participants. It is your responsibility to:

 

  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all community members.

 

  • Not share any personal, business, or sensitive information disclosed in coaching sessions, group discussions, or community forums without the express permission of the individual.

  

Any breaches of confidentiality, whether intentional or inadvertent, may result in removal from the community and/or legal consequences, either by Savvy Biz Coach™ or others.

 

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT SHARING

 

 

All content, materials, and resources provided by Savvy Biz Coach™ - including but not limited to course materials, coaching strategies, and community discussions - are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You agree to follow our Copyright & Intellectual Property Protection Policy.

 

 

NO INAPPROPRIATE OR HARMFUL CONTENT

 

 

You may not post or share any content that:

 

  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful software.

 

  • Is inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive to the learning environment as determined, in our sole discretion and judgement, by Savvy Biz Coach™.

 

  • Violates any laws or regulations, including copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights.

 

 

REPORTING VIOLATIONS

 

 

If you observe any behavior that violates this Policy or creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for community members, please report it to Savvy Biz Coach™ immediately by submitting a Help Request. We take all concerns seriously and will investigate reported incidents confidentially.

 

 

CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

 

 

Savvy Biz Coach™ reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Policy, including but not limited to:

 

  • Issuing a warning to the offending participant.

 

  • Restricting or revoking access to our courses, coaching services, or community platforms.

 

  • Terminating participants from courses, bundles, coaching sessions, communities, social media without a refund.

 

  • Pursuing legal action where necessary.

 

Our decisions regarding violations of the Community Rules Policy are final. We also reserve the right to remove any content or participant that we believe, in our sole judgement and discretion, jeopardizes the integrity of the community.

 

 

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

 

 

 We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
